Angelyn A. Leone passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 7, 2024. Angelyn was a proud graduate of Revere High School. She later went on to work for the Telephone Company where she was part of the Pioneers Club. Over the years she loved spending time at the Connolly Senior Center, New Hampshire, her beloved Revere Beach and attending Mass at Immaculate Conception Church in Everett. She was a caring and supportive person to all family members that needed her aid. She loved playing cards, spending time with friends, Bingo and attending any activity that involved her beloved granddaughters and great grandchildren. At the end of her life, when times became difficult, due to dementia she amazed all that met her with her positive attitude and her ability to still put others first. She earned the nickname "the unsinkable Mama Leone" During the last month of her life she taught her family valuable lessons in faith, God and the ability to be gracious during difficult times. She was the beloved wife of the late Pasquale Leone. Loving mother of Anne Carol and her husband Edward Malone and Patricia and her husband Edwin LeFave. Adored Grandmother of Angelyn and her husband Al Franks, Michele and her husband William Marshall, Catherine Malone & Patricia and her husband Robert Donohue. Great-grandmother of William & Hunter Marshall and Haylee Franks. Sister of Carol Ann Tranfaglia and the late Patricia Ann Tranfaglia. Angelyn is the daughter of the late Anna (Gasparello) and Pasquale Tranfaglia.. Funeral from Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, Everett on Saturday, January 13 at 10:00 am. A Funeral Mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Church 489 Broadway in Everett at 11:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Complimentary valet parking Friday at the Main Street entrance. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett.
