She previously worked at The Boston Globe and Filene’s and was a proud licensed real estate agent at Best Realty in Everett.

Throughout her life, Ann set an amazing example with her joyful spirit and positive energy. She always found happiness in daily living and spread cheer to so many. She loved finding a special rock, reading the latest novel, re-reading inspirational books, keeping up with the news, crocheting blankets and scarves, hosting holiday parties, cooking “practice” Thanksgiving turkeys,  traveling with her husband or children, painting pictures, making soup, doing arts and crafts,  and hosting “Fridays at Nuna’s” with her fifteen grandchildren. The world was a much brighter place with Ann’s unwavering gratitude, love, and kindness and she will be enormously missed.  She ended each phone call to her loved ones with “I love you” and every card or text with her signature “xoxo”.

In her final season, Ann was grateful to have received exceptional medical care from the dedicated providers at Beth Israel Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA, and compassionate rehabilitation at the Leonard Florence Center for Living in Chelsea, MA.
