Anna Josephine Pinto

Anna J. Pinto, 98, of Everett, formally of East Boston, passed peacefully with her family by her side

March 16th, 1927 - March 28, 2025

She was born in Boston, MA the daughter of the late James and Gladys (Collins) Lane.

She was the devoted wife to the late Pasquale A. Pinto. She was a selfless care giver prior to his passing.

She was a loving mother to her children Patricia Cohen and husband Harvey of Marco Island, Florida, James Pinto and his wife Beverly of Revere, MA. , Carol Leone and her husband Al of Rowley, MA and Stephen Pinto of Everett.

She was a proud and funny “Nana Anna” to 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter

Anna was predeceased by her sister Gloria Lane Bertowice and her two brothers Robert and Francis Lane.

She leaves many wonderful nieces and nephews

Anna was a woman of strength. She loved spending time with her family, including cooking Sunday dinners, limo rides to Foxwoods and loved all animals especially her beloved cats.

Services were held Wednesday, April 2, 2025 and were private at the family's request.
