Catherine Hicks

Catherine Hicks , 86, Everett, passed peacefully, at the Andover Manor, Andover, MA Sunday December 3, 2023.

Born in Somerville, MA on May 31, 1937, She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Stella (Clemente) Tomassi.

Catherine is survived by her children Sandra Goodrich of NH and Brenda Suppa of Everett; two sisters, Jeanette Laganas of Colorado, Angela Tomassi of Saugus, and three grandchildren. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.

She is the sister of the late Antonia Raines of OH and Joseph Tomassi of MA.

Catherine lived in Everett for 80 years. She loved her city and served as councillor-at-large for many years. She was dedicated to serving the people of Everett. She volunteered for 4 yrs at the Connolly Food Pantry until she was unable to help. She was president of the former Garden Club and enjoyed her garden.

Catherine had many affectionate and supportive friends over the years especially during the time of her failing health.
