Dante Guglielmi

Dante “Nino” Guglielmi, age 83, of Saugus, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 18, 2022. 

Nino was born on November 24, 1938 in Pettorano Sul Gizio, Abbruzzo, Italy to Iolanda and Arturo Guglielmi.

Dante was co-owner of Circle Auto Body in Everett, Mass. since 1969 and a Vietnam Era Veteran of the United States army. He had a love of many things including gardening, bowling, walking, restoring cars, traveling to Pennsylvania, watching football, and making wine but his greatest love of all was spending as much time as he could with his family and the many wonderful friends he had. 

Nino is survived by his wife of 7 years, Carol Berry, his son Michael Guglielmi and his wife Kerry of Gloucester, his daughter Larena Bates and her husband Don of Milford, NH,  stepson DJ Davenport and his wife Naomi of Tewksbury, and grandchildren: Michael, Brittany, John, Nicole, Kevin, Pablo, Angel, Jose, and great grandchildren Antjuan, Jovanni and Anita. Also survived by his sister, Lidia Marcella and her husband Tony of Malden and brother Ivo Guglielmi of Malden as well as, many nieces and nephews.

Nino was predeceased by his wife of 46 years, Frances Guglielmi (Yanik) of Numine, Pennsylvania, his Mother and Father, Iolanda and Arturo Guglielmi of Malden and his brother Pierino Guglielmi of Wilmington.

Funeral from Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, Everett on Saturday, October 22 at 9:00 am. A Funeral Mass will be held in Immaculate Conception Church 600 Pleasant St., Malden at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Complimentary valet parking Friday at the Main Street entrance. Interment in Saint Mary's Cemetery Yatesboro, PA. 

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial  contributions to be made in Nino's name to the Alzheimer's Association
