Donna Marie Morrison

Donna M. (Carte) Morrison, 77 of South Easton passed away peacefully at home on February 1, 2026; surrounded by her family. 

Donna was born in Winthrop, MA, grew up in Everett and Malden and graduated from Malden High School in 1966; before getting married to the love of her life Steve.  They settled in Easton in 1977 where they raised their 4 children.

She was proud of her Italian heritage.  Donna loved Coca-Cola, Elvis Presley, Barry Manilow, and her Cocker Spaniel, Maggie. She enjoyed several trips to Disney World with her family.  She travelled with Steve to Spain, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Nashville and twice to Hawaii where she always dreamed of going back.   An avid collector of Sebastian Miniature figurines, she loved to crochet and do crafts.  Donna and her mother Camille spent many weekend mornings selling their crafts at different shows around New England.  People always commented on her time-out dolls.  Donna loved her part-time job at Shaw’s where she worked for 10 years before she retired in 2013.

Donna is survived by her husband of 57 years, Steve; 4 children, Scott of Mansfield, Mark (Gina) of Middleborough,  Kimberly Watson (Brian) of Plainville, and Michael of Weymouth. 4 Grandchildren: Breanna (Christina), Benjamin, Ella and Kylie as well as 2 Great-Grandchildren Maddox and Carson. Her Sister Denise of Long Island, NY and her dear friend Susan Urciuoli of Falmouth and several nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to the nursing staff at BMC-Yawkey, 5th floor oncology and Old Colony Hospice for their care and compassion.    Services will be held at Salvatore Rocco & Son Funeral Home, 331 Main St, Everett MA.  Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Malden, MA.   In lieu flowers, donations can be made in Donna’s name to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital (www.stjude.org/donate)
