Petrowsky (Duffy), Helen Surrounded by her loving family, Helen passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 25, 2025.
Helen was predeceased by her beloved husband, Joseph Petrowsky; her former husband, Arthur Dacey Sr.; and her sons, Paul and Michael Dacey. She was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Pamela, and her great-grandson, Ryan.
She is survived by her children: Arthur, Ann, Terry, Timmy, Walter, and Brenda. Known lovingly as “Nana,” she was cherished by her 26 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Helen is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. As well as her brother Edward Duffy.
Helen loved spending time with her grandchildren, whether she was baking her famous chocolate chip cookies, making her well-known meatballs and chicken cutlets, or enjoying arts and crafts and puzzles with them. She generously donated her time volunteering at Glendale United Methodist Church in Everett, especially during craft fairs. Known for her daily walks to the corner store or the beloved Elm Street Bakery, Helen was always on the move, quietly looking after others and taking care of what she felt people needed.
