Irene "Mary" (Gould) Burley

Irene Mary (Gould) Burley, age 85, passed away in Cambridge, MA after a brief illness on September 7, 2021. Irene is predeceased by her parents Arthur and Evelyn (Gallant) Gould and survived by her children, Dianne Mallett of Revere, Arthur Burley of Manchester, NH, Michele Paradis and her husband Steven of Chelsea, Lisa Dell Isola and her husband Scott of Derry, NH, and the late Evelyn Mosley and the late Patricia Wade and her surviving husband Peter of Everett. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Danielle, Scott, Kevin, Stephanie, Devon, Steven, Stephen, Adam, Peter, Christopher, Jessica, Emily, Genna and great grandchildren, Justin, Nolan, Delanie, Carlos, Danilynn, Lennon, Zoë, Emily, Matthew and the late Addison.  

Irene was a lifelong resident of Everett. She was a devoted Catholic and loved praying with and for family members and close friends. Irene had a love for dancing and would never turn down an offer to kick up her heels on the dance floor. Irene was a loving and caring mom, grandmother and great grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, Everett on Friday, September 17. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am at the funeral home, followed by a Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church at 10:00 am. Interment will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Everett. A Celebration of Irene’s life will immediately follow.
