James Robert Tello

James Robert Tello, age 55 of Middleton, passed away on Monday, January 29th, 2024.  James was born in Malden, Massachusetts on May 9th, 1968.  He was the cherished son of Ann Leskiw and Robert Tello, the beloved husband of Regina Tello. James was the adored father of James and Ava Tello. Loving brother of Cindy, Robert, Steven, and the late Tina. Son-in-law of Regina Wasak. James was the owner of Massachusetts Insurance Agency in Middleton for many years.


James was devoted to his family and friends, always putting others first. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for those in his life, always helping family and friends in need. James loved to vacation with his family and golfing with friends. Watching his daughter’s field hockey games and listening to his son play the guitar were the highlights of his days. He enjoyed his time alone with his beloved wife, often traveling the world and creating cherished memories. He loved grilling in the backyard and relaxing in the pool.

Friends and family are invited to attend James’ visitation on Sunday, February 4, 2024 from 2 to 6 pm., at the Rocco Salvatore & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St, Everett, MA 02149. His funeral Mass will follow on Monday, February 5, at 10:30, at St. Agnes Parish, 22 Boston St., Middleton. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
