Jean T Abramo

Jean T. Abramo, aged 85, of Wakefield, MA, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025. She was born on March 10, 1940, in Everett, MA, the daughter of the late Carmine Annetti and Lucia (Santilli) Annetti. She was the sister of the late Antoinette (Annetti) Brangeforte, Angelica (Annetti) O’Connor, Frances (Annetti) Quirke, Florence (Annetti) Schiavo, Carmine Annetti and is survived by Joan (Annetti) Cammarata and her husband Damian Cammarata of Ft. Myers, FL. A fiercely loving and devoted mother to Lisa (Abramo) Lemoi of Wakefield, MA and Joseph Abramo and his wife Jodi Meltzer of Somerville, MA. Cherished grandmother of Arianna Sciacca of Haverhill, MA, and Juliana Lemoi of Wakefield, MA.

Jean was extremely family-oriented. In addition to her immediate family, she deeply cherished her many nieces and nephews. She found her biggest joy in life was to be surrounded by them at any chance she could get. She was always up for an impromptu family get together, BBQ, or family game night. She will be remembered for her deep warmth, extreme kindness, and the abundance of generosity that she gave to those she loved and the many memories that she shared with her family and friends.

A lover of animals, she will be greatly missed by her fur-grandbabies, Abby and Bear and her life-long best friend Chickie Bono of Stoneham, MA.

One of the original tenants of Wakefield Harts Hill Senior Housing, Jean made many, many friends along the way. She will be greatly missed, especially by Judy McCarthy, Janice Pierce, Sissy (Mary) Linehan, Joan Adams, and Eileen Palmacci, all of Wakefield, MA.
