Jennifer Ann Smith, also known as Jen, passed away on December 31, 2023, in Lynn, Massachusetts at the age of 42. She was born on October 17, 1981, in Haverhill, Massachusetts. Jennifer was a beloved mother, daughter, and friend.
Jennifer was an amazing person with a big heart. She always went out of her way to help others, despite her own struggles. Jennifer battled addiction throughout her life, but she never stopped fighting to overcome it, especially for the sake of her two daughters, Skyla Smith and Heavenly Sullivan. Her determination and love for her family were truly inspiring.
In addition to her daughters, Jennifer is survived by her mother, Susan Maggelet, and her father, Randy Maggelet. She was preceded in death by her son, Brian Hiltz Jr. Jennifer's family meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Jennifer attended Everett High School, where she formed lasting friendships and memories. She had a passion for drawing, crafts, and spending quality time with her children. Jennifer's creativity and love for her family shone through in the activities she enjoyed.
Jennifer Ann Smith, or Jen as she was affectionately called, will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her legacy of love, resilience, and compassion will forever remain in our hearts.
Rest in peace, Jennifer. You will be remembered fondly and missed dearly.
