Marion Noreen Brault
Marion Noreen Brault passed away peacefully on February 26, 2026, at the age of 93, leaving behind a legacy
defined by strength, loyalty, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Born on December 26, 1932, to Reginald Brault and Marion Browne Brault (Browne), Marion was raised with
the values of dedication and perseverance that shaped her life. She was a proud graduate of Everett High
School in Everett, Massachusetts, where she served as Captain of the cheerleading squad — an early reflection
of the leadership and spirit she carried throughout her years.
She was the beloved wife of the late Roger DiSciullo Jr., who predeceased her in 1994. Together, they built a
family rooted in resilience, love, and commitment.
Marion was the heart of her family — the steady presence who kept everyone connected. She believed deeply
in unity, in honoring traditions, and in making sure no one ever felt alone. Her home was a place of gathering
and comfort. Her strength was quiet but constant, and her love carried generations.
She was a devoted mother to her sons, Roger, William, and Michael DiSciullo. Marion shared a meaningful,
trusting bond with Isaura, who remained a steady presence in her life and part of the close-knit family she
worked so hard to keep united. Her youngest son, Michael, who had down syndrome, was the center of her
heart. She cared for him with extraordinary patience and unwavering dedication throughout his life,
remaining his protector and strongest advocate until his passing on July 22, 2021.
Marion was predeceased by her younger sister, Judith A. Semonelli. The two sisters shared a lifelong bond
rooted in family, loyalty, and shared memories that spanned decades. Though Judith passed away before her,
the closeness they shared remained an important part of Marion’s life. Their relationship was one of
sisterhood in the truest sense — enduring, supportive, and deeply connected.
Her cherished grandchildren survive her: Nancy McKinnon and her husband James; Michael DiSciullo;
Richard DiSciullo and his partner Claudia; and Natasha Fitzgerald and her husband James.
She was also the proud and loving great-grandmother to Jackson, Dominic, Colten, Isabella, Duke, and Declan.
One of her final joys was knowing about the expected arrival of a new baby.
Marion also leaves behind her great niece Nicole, her son, Joseph, and many extended family members and
friends whose lives were enriched by her love and guidance.
Marion’s legacy is one of unity, sacrifice, fierce devotion, and unconditional love. The family she nurtured and
strengthened will continue to stand on the foundation she built. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit
lives on in the generations she guided and protected.
