Mary (Caiazzo) Rodrigues
Mary entered eternal peace on Wednesday October 13, 2021 while receiving hospice care at Katzman Family Center For Living in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
Mary, at the time of her passing was surrounded and comforted by her three children.
Mary who turned 91 years old on July 1, 2021 was a devoted wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Friend and Aunt to approximately 30 nieces and nephews. Mary always put others’ needs above her own up until the very last day of her life.
Mary is now in the loving arms of her late Husband Antonio (Tony) Rodrigues “The Love of Her Life” who pre-deceased Mary in 1982.
Mary’s ambitions & dedication to love & life was noted in her Everett High School Class of 1948 year book: “Mary has an ambition to satisfy some nice young mans appetite for good wholesome food.”
On February 28, 1954 Mary’s life long ambition came to fruition when she married her “Tony.” Mary dedicated her working career as a homemaker taking care of her home, her husband, and their 3 children.
Mary is the daughter of the late Peter and Regina (Cataldo) Caiazzo. Mary was a life long resident of Everett and grew-up on Bow Street, along with her parents and seven siblings. Mary is pre-deceased by six of her sibling: Tom, Samuel, Rose, George, Peter and baby sister Annette. Mary is survived by Frank Caiazzo, her younger brother.
Mary will be missed by all who had the pleasure of loving & knowing her.
Mary is the beloved Mother of Anthony M. Rodrigues and his wife Dannise; Michael A. Rodrigues and his wife Tamara; Paula M. Rachwal-Ebba and her husband John. Mary will be dearly missed by her greatest pride and joy, her grand children:
Grandchildren - Anthony Rachwal and wife Sara; David Rodriques; Stephen Rodrigues and fiancé Rachael; Kathryn Rodrigues and fiancé Alan; Andrew Ebba, Samantha Ebba, Michael Bryant; Ben Smith and his wife Kate; Samantha Pepin and her husband Derek.
Great Grandchildren – Dominic Sciarra, Sawyer & Mason Smith, Whalen Pepin, Kaidden & Konner Bryant.
Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, Everett on Monday, October 25th. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church 489 Broadway Everett at 10:00 am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett.
