Shelly (as her family and close friends referred to as) is survived by her sister Mary Kowalsky and her husband John of Carmel, Indiana and her brother Stanley Stanevicz Jr. and his wife Pamela of Brockton, MA. Loving aunt to Amy Howell, Jason Kowalsky, Meghan Stanevicz and Lauren Adams. Great-aunt to Adam & Colin Spensley and Ryan & Grace Adams. Shelly was a dedicated Certified Nurses Aid for a handful of nursing care centers. Most recently for the Courtyard Nursing Care Center of Medford, MA. Over her career, she provided comfort and care to hundreds of patients in the Greater Boston area.
