Patricia “Patti” A. Cloutier-Giudice Of Saugus, formerly of Everett on February 25th. Devoted mother, grandmother and friend. Loving mother to Sharon Ripley of Saugus and Anthony Giudice of Old Orchid Beach, ME. Sister of Bill Cloutier and Val Cloutier. Cherished grandmother to DJ Ripley and his wife Cara, Craig Ripley and his wife Melissa, Shane Ripley and his wife Carlee, Isobel Giudice, Anthony Giudice & Marc-Anthony Giudice. Proud great grandmother to Danika, Regan, Alara, Jordyn, Zoey, Bentley, Raelynn and Luke. Mother-in-law to Charlene Cannatelli and the late Dana Ripley. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Donations may be made to St. Jude Research Hospital. Patti enjoyed playing Bingo and watching the NFL.
