Susan T. (Oliver) LaCortiglia 

Of Everett, formerly of East Boston, passed peacefully on May 1st at age 85. She was the beloved wife of the late Harry D. LaCortiglia Sr., and the devoted mother of Donna Goode and her husband William of Tewksbury, Harry Jr. and his wife Ursula of Georgetown. Loving grandmother to Colleen, Katie and her husband Kevin, Sophia, Michelle, Helena, and her late grandson, Brian. Proud great grandmother to Camryn and another great-grandchild arriving any day now. She will be missed by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also, survived by her beloved nephew Robert Capone, many nieces, nephews, and cousins will also grieve her passing. Sue had an unstoppable zest for life and enjoyed traveling adventures such as trips to Aruba, as well as weekly get togethers with her Saturday morning “breakfast club”, bingo on Friday, bowling on Thursdays, and casino hopping excursions with her many, many cherished friends.

In light of the recent development with COVID-19, all funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Sue's memory may be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or dedicate a tree in her name.
